This blog was started because personal finances and investing is not taught in most public and private school systems. Our society for the most part is financially illiterate even though someone once said, “The business of America is business.” That’s not to say this is going to be US-centric. All the world’s global markets are going to be and are welcome to be discussed. After all, the largest market in the world is the foreign exchange market.
Wealth, or the lack there of, is one of the last areas in our world where shame, embarrassment, ignorance, and secrecy exists. This is primarily an educational blog where concepts from economics, finance, investing in markets, psychology of investing, and sociology will be presented. The hope is that many will gain enough knowledge and encouragement to invest for the long-term in many markets, so he/she can financially take care of himself/herself to the very end.
